At Zhou Nutrition, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items don't fit or meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn merchandise.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
